This policy describes how we handle personal data collected through **id-tech.cz**, in compliance with the **EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679, GDPR)** and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

## 1. What data we process

We do **not** collect any special-category (sensitive) data.

## 2. Legal basis and retention

- **Inquiries** — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in handling inquiries. Retained for as long as necessary, up to **24 months**, unless a business relationship is established.
- **Server logs** — legitimate interest in security and operations, retained for **30 days**.

## 3. Recipients

We do **not sell** your data. We share it only with:

- **Technical sub-processors** (hosting, e-mail) — all located in the European Union.
- **Public authorities** where required by law.

Our servers are located within the European Union.

## 4. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

- **access** your data (Art. 15)
- **rectify** inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- **erasure** ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17)
- **restrict processing** (Art. 18)
- **data portability** (Art. 20)
- **object** to processing (Art. 21)
- **withdraw consent** where processing is based on it (Art. 7(3))
- file a **complaint** with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz) or your national supervisor

## 5. Children

This website is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly process their data.
